If the card is under his name, you won't be able to do it unless you have the PIN and go to an ATM.
He will find out in the end so maybe just sit down and talk to him about this.
You do realize that would be a felony ( which the bank can't help you with ) .

There are some very mean old ladies in there and unless you are about 250 lbs & tough ,
I would Not risk it .
